Why we show the quiet days
Agencies don't publish on a schedule. Some days a city posts a hundred permits, some days none. When a day says "No changes from the agency," we checked and the agency had nothing new. Nothing is missing.
We only use records that come directly from the agency that keeps them: the city building department, the state licensing board, the county. We don't copy listings from other websites. How we sort the records.
