How we measure
Every weekday we download each source from the agency that publishes it and count what's in the records: the newest filing date, how many records include a job value, a contractor or a parcel number, and the oldest date in our copy. These numbers describe the published records only. Agencies publish different fields for their own reasons, and a blank field isn't an error.
